There are many good things in this life. A great ride through prestine singletrack, the laugh of your son or daughter, and the look your wife gives you.

Some good things happen this week;

I went to get a PET scan this week and got the results back 2 days later. According to the scan, **I am 100% Cancer free and clean! **everything they did last year worked. Good things.

I went up to Winter Park, CO to goto a funeral/memorial. i was able to sneak a couple rides in also. It is my way to grieve and celebrate life. Good things.

My supervisor at work lent me his helmet cam, I hope to get some videos up soon. I am still trying to figure out how to work it correctly on the bike. Good things.
